Ik begon met het fotograferen van vrienden aan de keukentafel en ben nooit meer gestopt. Ik neem een beperkt aantal dagen aan, wat betekent dat je van het eerste bericht tot het laatste bestand met mij te maken hebt — geen assistenten, geen overdracht, geen onbekende met een camera op het moment dat het telt.
I started photographing friends at kitchen tables and never really stopped. I take on a limited number of days, which means you talk to me from the first message to the last file — no assistants, no handoff, no stranger with a camera when it matters.
Ik print thuis op katoenpapier, en ik maak liever iets voor je muur dan voor je telefoon.
I print at home on cotton rag, and I would rather make you something for the wall than for the phone.
